I downloaded it not reading requirements and found that it wasnt compatible with ipod touch. Should make it compatible with ipod touch and i would give it at least 4 stars.

Looks like a really cool app, However I too didnt realize that is was just for the iPhone. would be nice if when there is an update that it will work with the iTouch too.
Ive got an iPhone !!! It works perfectly !!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH !
Save your money, it doesnt work
I have four dogs at my house and not one of them responded to this so called dog whistle. Would be a near idea but it just doesnt work
What a waste of time. Doesnt work at all even on the iPhone. My dog didnt even look in my direction or react in any way. Tried many times including while she was sleeping. This is a scam!!
I could hear the full range of sounds on this app, of course when I went in to get my hearing checked and went into the soundproof room I could hear them talking. Guess I was off the charts in all his 30 years of practise. As a kid I used to have to cover my ears when entering the mall cause the security system emitted a very high squeeling pitch, much higher then this. Im sure others will hear it all too. Got this app when it was free but it didnt show in my list till today. Pretty cool app and I bet might be good for training a animal.
I should have got a coffee instead
Does not work at all and I have 3 dogs...
I purchased App and took my chances... Only 99 cents but worthless. Dogs do not react in any way. Waste of money
I bought this app not expecting much, but thought it would be cool to try. My dog was in the room when I started playing with the app. My iPhone was set to the highest volume level. I might have scared her by starting off at such a high volume level because she tries to find a place to hide when I activate it. So, instead of training her to come at the sound, I decided to try to get her to stop barking at the TV. I enabled the bark detector feature and set it up to make a 17.3 kHz tone (1000 Hz Oscillation). I turned on the TV at a nice low volume level. She started barking, and wiithin 30 seconds, she figured out that her barking was making the whistle happen and she stopped barking at the TV. Now she just watches the TV and wines when she sees a dog on it. I dont even need to have the app enabled anymore and she doesnt bark at the TV. I might try to select a different tone or modulation to train her to come, but for now, we got far more than our moneys worth on this thing. I dont know why anyone would rate this poorly unless their i____ device doesnt have a speaker (or the speaker has a reduced high frequency range). One other cool thing I found is that my kids can here many of the tones (15 khz for example) that I cant hear. Maybe I can train them to clean their rooms with it :)
it did work , but its funny because it worked on my cat more than my dog, my dog would run and my cat would come to me jumping for it
Doesnt work because it CANT work. The iPhone speakers cant produce sounds that high pitched. In fact to produce sounds in that frequency you would have to have specialized speakers.
I purchased this and sadly doesnt work on my dogs. In fact they look at me as though I am crazy and my ears hurt. On the plus side... ...My dogs have me coming, sitting and staying very well. They cheap out on me though and give no treat rewards.
Works as it should. Both if my dogs respond quite well to the sounds.
Although it doesnt train my dog, (it just makes him run like crazy) I just use it to annoy friends and family. Thanks!
He doesnt really give an attention
This app works much better than the $5 whistle I bought at the pet store. I suspect those who gave it a bad rating didnt realize that you MUST find your dogs sensitivity level first by testing the sounds on him/her atleast a few times while sleeping or relaxing (not all dogs are the same)! You need to start at the highest frequency then work down, and be sure to always give a treat or praises once he/she recognizes the sound. Once this has been established, you must train your dog to associate the sound with an action. This is a training AID, not a trainer-in-a-box. This paid version has a handy bark detecting feature which actually is a bit of an automatic trainer :-) ... There are also a bunch of extra sound patterns too! It would be nice, though, if we could save more than 3 sound sets. But honestly, when accompanied with training, this is an AWESOME app!!
Really doesnt work
I bought this app to shut the dog next door up and it doesnt do anything, crap.
